Toilet overflow in your home?

A customer woke up a few mornings ago and when she walked into her bedroom there was standing water. She noticed the water in the bedroom immediately and followed it to the bathroom where she found the toilet had overflowed overnight. When she saw the damages, she immediately called SERVPRO® of Madison, Rockcastle, Garrard, & Lincoln Counties. 

We had a team there before we even opened to help get up water. It was a category three water, since it came from the toilet. They had to take up all of the carpet and padding. The drywall had to be cut a few inches up the wall too. 

This customer was happy to have the professionals there during their time of need to help make her water damage "Like it never even happened."
