We know the importance of a readiness plan during an emergency event! During this time of the year, flooding and winter weather damages can take a toll on any family or business, which is why we offer year-round complimentary Emergency Readiness Profiles (ERP’s). Residents of Richmond, Berea, Stanford, Mt. In the meantime, it’s important to know some tips to be prepared. The FEMA website has readiness tips to keep you safe before the flood or water damage occurs:

• Know your flood risk and know local emergency plans.
• Make an emergency plan with family or neighbors.
• Keep an Emergency Preparedness Kit readily available.
• Look into flood insurance in your area.
• Be alert! Keep an eye on tv, radio, or other emergency update services.
