Morgan, our Marketing Rep, learning all about the best practices to clean up your water damage.

Our team recently went to Bowling Green, Kentucky for a three day course on becoming IICRC-accredited Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certified. This course teaches basic education for technicians and other team members in the science and practice of water damage restoration. Our marketing team went to learn more ways to help our customers. Morgan, our Marketing Representative said: "I go out on the job frequently in my day to day work. I had training prior to this, so I knew all about what we do. This call took it to another level for me. I feel even more prepared to help our customers in their time of need." This course covered extraction, basic containment and basic mold procedures.
